This contains is a long list of suggestions to offset or handle all aspects of Covid. Don’t get overwhelmed by the length of the list. Just scan down until something indicates as right for you. A major assistance is Vitamin D so sitting in the sun for at least 20 mins a day with as much skin exposed as possible (don’t get arrested) could be the number 1 handler. But we may need other things. Find what is right for you.

1. To help those wishing to prevent contamination from shedding of the protein spikes and grapheme oxide, etc. that can be received from being near vaccinated people (generally within 1.5 metres of them). It is interesting to note that the spacial requirement is also 1.5.

2. To help handle any after effects if you have received the vaccination. (Prevent getting a 2nd dose if  possible). To help restore and increase your body’s immune system and remove detrimental substances.

NUMBER   1.   This is a comprehensive work about the SPIKE PROTEIN & the GRAPHENE OXIDE and the REMOVAL PROCESS. Here is a quick summary, along with a recommended nutrition protocol for people who received the injections and need to neutralize the graphene oxide in the body.

Graphene Oxide (GO) discoveries:

GO fibres are in plastic masks. GO fibres are on PCR test swabs.  GO is in all Covid-19 vaccines.

GO creates thrombosis. GO causes blood clots. GO disrupts the immune system.

GO can trigger a cytokine storm. GO toxicity can instigate pneumonia.

GO creates a metallic taste in the mouth.NN GO causes inflammation of the mucous membranes.

GO produces a loss in the sense of taste and smell. GO is magnetic (especially at the injection site.)

GO blocks detoxification in the body by blocking glutathione. GO may be activated by 5G frequencies.

GO was already included as an adjuvant in the flu shots in 2019. GO passes thru the blood-brain barrier.

So graphene oxide can act as a solo trigger for most COVID symptoms. This is not a VIRUS or spike protein, but a chemical warfare agent.

Nutrition Protocol To Deactivate Graphene Oxide (Urgent for all who were injected with the “Covid vaccine”)

This nutrition protocol is a compilation shared by experts, including David Wolfe.

Quercetin or Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ): Quercetin works like HCQ. One of its mechanism of action is that it blocks the ‘virus’ (with spikes around it) from attaching. These two supplements will help with spike protein damage and apply to most organs of the body but not all.

Ivermectin: Ivermectin blocks spike proteins from attaching to the cell membrane. (Alternative is Neem Oil.)

Dandelion Leaf: Dandelion Leaf Extract blocks spike proteins from attaching to cell membrane.

Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) or Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) Chlorine dioxide neutralizes and eliminates the spikes.

Between a blocker (HCQ, Quercetin, IVM, Dandelion, etc.), and a neutralizer (CDS/MMS, Ozone, NAC), I prefer a neutralizer because it eliminates the spikes rather than merely blocking it. (I suggest) alternating this with NAC (in case there is Graphene Oxide transmission). I worry that the blocked spikes will continue to circulate and reach the brain and cause all sorts of mental illnesses (Dr. Malone, Bahkdi, Tenpenny, Mikovits).

Most people prefer Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) to de-magnetize the body and NAC along with fennel and star anise teas or white pine tea. You can buy the seeds and stock up as the FDA is trying to ban some herbs and seeds.

Chlorine dioxide neutralizes the spikes.

NAC or Glutathione neutralizes the Graphene Oxide as well as spikes to some extent. For protection, I will alternate use of Chlorine dioxide and NAC. That is until I know more.

This is the updated Nutrition protocol to protect those who’ve been injected with spike protein, graphene oxide and mRNA. The same protocol is also useful to protect those concerned with the spike protein and graphene oxide shedding coming off those who’ve been injected. We now have evidence of the latest injections containing: mRNA, spike protein, graphene oxide, SM-102, and numerous other potentially toxic substances. Also, some – but not all – injections appear to be higher in graphene oxide and some appear to be saline placebos. We also have evidence that this protocol works as we are compiling the testimonials of numerous people who were hospitalized or injured after injection and have recovered.

NUMBER 2.  If you know someone who has been injected and requires help, please provide them with this Nutrition Protocol:

Coated Silver (1-6 drops per day, depending on degree of exposure) (Coated silver blocks the sulfur-bearing protein on the spikes from entering the cell. Sulfur-rich amino acids on the spike protein interact with silver causing them to fold incorrectly).

NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) (accelerates detoxification and is considered a producer of the super detoxifier glutathione in the body) Dosage: 1200-2400 mg per day on an empty stomach. NAC is recommended to detoxify graphene oxide and SM-102. NAC is tough to find after the FDA recently made it illegal to purchase over the counter in the USA.

Zinc (30-80mg per day depending on immunological pressure)

Vitamin D3* (10,000 IU’s per day)

Lypospheric Vitamin C (30ml, twice daily)*

Quercetin (500-1000 mg, twice daily)*

Iodine* (dosage depends on brand, more is not better. Iodine is a product you have to start with small dosages and build up over time.

PQQ* (20-40 mg per day)

Shikimate Main Sources:

Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (which is known to neutralize the spike protein)

C60 (1-3 dropper full per day): One of the issues we are seeing with those who have been injected is disturbances in their energetic field (magnetism) and hot spots of inflammation. C60 is a rich-source of electrons and acts like a fire extinguisher to inflammation and simultaneously (because it bio-distributes throughout the body) drives a normalization of electron flow throughout the body. In this category, we offer two products, the traditional C60 product* is made by yours truly and the C60 SuperConcentrate* is made by a carbon scientist friend of mine and contains a higher concentration of electrons. C60 is recommended to neutralize spike protein, detoxify graphene oxide and SM-102.

Charcoal (2-4 capsules a day): Charcoal is the pre-eminent detoxifier and when taken on an empty stomach, works its way down into the intestines and activates a blood purification process known as “interstitial dialysis”. Citrus fruit (especially blood oranges, due to their high hesperidin content — hesperidin is a chalcone like quercetin that deactivates spike protein)

Triphala formulations: In Sanskrit, the word Triphala means “three fruits”: a combination of Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) and belleric myrobalan (Terminalia belerica). The terminalia fruits are rich in shikimate.

St. John’s Wort (shikimate is found throughout the entire plant and in the flowers)

Comfrey Leaf (rich in shikimate)

TO  CALM A TRANSMISSION REACTION - take one thing from each of the 5 groups below:

1/fenugreek sprouts or leaves - acts like suramin

2/cistus or pine needle tea, wormwood, ginger, cinnamon - for toulene

3/fennel seeds, gingko biloba, hypericum, sida acuta - for shikimic acid

4/ apples, green tea, hypericum and gingko biloba - for quercetin

5/ nettle, wormwood, calendula or milk thistle - for immune system



Suggestions of food and vitamins to take

Anti-clotting diet

A diet comprised of garlic, onion, tomato, shiitake, rice bran, kale, blueberry, pineapples, and/or turmeric powder, has been shown to reduce D-dimer levels. (Fish oil and garlic inhibit the clumping of blood platelets, but not necessarily reduce D-dimer.)

NOTE: D-dimer is one of the protein fragments produced when a blood clot gets dissolved in the body. It is normally undetectable or detectable at a very low level unless the body is forming and breaking down blood clots. Then, its level in the blood can significantly rise. This test detects D-dimer in the blood.


The red wine molecule resveratrol, identified as a key component in French far lower rates of mortality from heart disease, was attributed to its ability to inhibit blood clots in coronary arteries.   Resveratrol remarkably blocks all known pathways to COVID-19 morbidity and mortality.

Nattokinase.  Enzymatic clot buster: A most remarkable way to reduce micro-clots is to break them up enzymatically.  If you are in an ambulance with a potentially mortal blockage of a coronary artery that supplies your heart with oxygen, a paramedic may inject an enzyme/drug, streptokinase, to break up that potentially life-threatening clot.

An off-the-shelf enzyme that breaks up blood clots is Nattokinase and is as effective and safe as streptokinase.

Nattokinase is derived from fermented soybean natto cheese, popular in Japan.  Nattokinase is available as a natural remedy in health shops.  A single dose (2000 fibrinolytic units or FU) works for up to 8-12 hours following oral ingestion and is superior in some ways to anti-clotting drugs.  In milligrams, a 200-400 mg dose is sufficient and directly breaks up fibrin clots which comprise what is measured in the D-Dimer test.

Ideally nattokinase should be taken on an empty stomach without other accompanying medicines or dietary supplements.  Of interest, D-dimer levels may artificially rise when taking nattokinase because of its enzymatic action to break up blood clots.  Inform your doctor of this if he/she orders blood tests.

Vitamin C and blood clots -The need to employ vitamin C to prevent blood clots within arteries intensifies among RNA/DNA vaccinated subjects. Vit. C DOSE: at least 1 gram 3 x day, with food.

Among people that are healthy (take no vitamin C-depleting drugs like aspirin or steroids) and have no viral or bacterial infections that increase demand for vitamin C), 500 milligrams of supplemental vitamin  taken in divided doses every 4 hours would maintain healthy levels of vitamin C.  More is needed when ill or fighting a chronic problem like vaccine-induced spike proteins.

Stop throwing away your orange peels & bolster your immune system. Instead pop them in a pot, cover with distilled water & a lid, boil them for 20min to make a nice hot tea.

B-complex – ensure it is a balanced version, rather than a “high dose”, or an “equal dose” version– i.e. the amounts should roughly be: B1 ~ 75mg; B2 ~ 10mg; B3 ~ 100mg; B5 ~ 65mg; B6 ~ 25mg; B12 ~ 50 microgm; Biotin ~ 20 microgm; Folic acid ~ 150 microgm. DOSE: 1 tab of the above proportioned formula daily

NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine 500mg X 240 Tablets | Glutathione | Antioxidant |... This is a good one on ebay. Put in the exact title. 

“Spice Combo” - make your own anti-inflammatory remedy based on high grade turmeric, ginger and cinnamon powders, building up to 3 of the “00” size capsules 3 times daily – with meals. Cheap, simple, safe and effective!

“Curcumin” - a more powerful way of using an anti-inflammatory is to buy a “curcumin” product from the health food store. Ideally, this should contain not just curcumin, but the more balancing “curcumoids” too. Take as directed for whichever product you end up buying.

Pycnogenol – a natural substance made from the Maritime Pine bark – (versus those products made from grape-seeds; still effective, but not as good as that made from the Maritime Pine) - with potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and ACE inhibition effects. Take as directed for whichever product you end up buying.

Hawthorn Berries – these are full of antioxidants, and have an affinity for heart-related issues.

Astaxanthin – this natural remedy has remarkably strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuro/respiratory/brain protective properties, and can help minimize over-activity of cytokines – one facet of what drives inflammation. 

Microbiome Restorative Measures - for gut microbiome restoration and healthy maintenance, use a variety of “natural probiotic foods” such as Kim chi; Sauerkraut; Kombucha or Kefir on a daily basis.  IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding Kombucha, avoid the more commercialized drinks now available, and instead buy a genuine, raw, full concentrate of Kombucha. However, be also warned that it is a potent product, and “less is more” in using this therapeutic. For instance, only use 15-25 ml of such full-concentrates. Equally, be aware that some of the more commercial versions of Kombucha may have been pasteurized, thereby completely negating any positive effects on our gut microbiome. 

“NutriSmoothie” – this vegetable and fruit-based drink allows you to maintain a daily source of high-quality food fibres, nutrients, antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, with the fibre also acting as a food source for our microbiome bugs. This can be easily done via the use of this “NutriSmoothie” drink taken daily.

Alternative to “NutriSmoothie” – for those who want a quicker alternative to making the “NutriSmoothie” drink every day, there is a product containing 4 powerful herbs rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and a wide range of organically-based nutrients, namely: Moringa plus Pomegranate plus Gogi berries plus Vanilla bean. DOSE: as directed, but initially do build up slowly over about 4-7 days.

[For non-Australians, you’ll need to search for something similar in your country, with Moringa – (usually spelled as Moringa if you want to do a Google) - the most important, and Pomegranate the 2nd most important ingredient.]

The sole aim here is to offer a variety of natural options, each with their own unique specificity, but all having potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and other therapeutic values. Simply choose a few of the above ideas, or even start with just one of them initially. Of course, the more you can add to your overall protocol, the better the therapeutic response will be too.

Ingred : pine needles, kudzu, star anise, myrrh, ginger, dandelion leaf, ethanol & distilled water. Children dose 2-5 drops. Caution in pregnancy.

PINE NEEDLE TEA. SURAMIN [ S-U-R-A-M-I-N]. This is the most important antidote. It’s 100-year-old essential medicine, WHO (World Health Organization) essential medicine for African Sleeping Sickness. You can inoculate the tiniest amount of Suramin, and reverse Autism. The antidote is called Suramin. Suramin is found in many forests around the world in Pine needles. Suramin is an extract of Pine needle oil. It comes in a synthetic pharmaceutical concentrate which can be injected into your body in case of emergencies or you can simply extract Pine oil through distillation. Even better, you can ingest Suramin simply by drinking Pine needle tea. Suramin has inhibitory effects against components of coagulation (clotting) cascade and against the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA.

Suggestions: NAC, Dandelion root, Pine needle tea or bark!

Minimize other inflammatory drivers, inevitably coming from our external environment, or our lifestyle:

Lifestyle factors – this offers an arena where really effective and powerful anti-inflammatory improvements can be made via dietary/sleep/exercise/toxin exposure, etc. levels.

Stress – manage via meditation / mindfulness / EFT – (“Tapping”), etc.

Healthy diet – avoid junk foods; take-aways; sauces (terribly high in HFCS, etc); canned foods; soft drinks (even diet versions!); sugars/cakes/candies, etc.

Toxins – avoid all chemicals as much as possible - and especially EMF!!! - which ultimately is a massive “toxin” – namely, from mobile phones; wi-fi’s; “smart-devices”, etc.

EMF’s from such devices are especially inflammation-promoting, although this is still heavily denied by the various EMF-Industries!!

Hydroxychloroquine may work, but has many chemicals in it, including Sulphur. Many people are allergic to Sulphur.

The ingredients in hydroxychloroquine.  Each tablet contains 200mg of the active substance, hydroxychloroquine sulfate. The other ingredients are lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate, polypovidone, hypromellose, macrogol and titanium dioxide (E171).

 How Long To Continue These Therapeutic Ideas?

The best approach would be to already instigate such treatment ideas as far ahead of getting your Covid vaccine as possible. For those who have by now had their first, or even their second shot… start as soon as possible!

Then, it would be wise to continue using such treatments for at least a good 3-4 months after your jab, depending on how you went with the vaccine. The more side-effects you experienced post-jab, the more sense it would make to continue such treatment ideas as explored above for at least several additional months.

Again, remember that these natural therapeutics have highly beneficial effects on your overall health anyway – completely aside from any Covid vaccine issues!
