A DECREE TO
ASSIST ALL HUMAN SOULS
Some people
will understand this and others are going to find it super 'way out.' It
is indeed way out! However, as we continue on our path of discovery on
our journey through the universe we find it is full of incredible,
unusual and unbelievable things! In the end, we realize nothing is too
weird and anything is possible. As we continue pushing ourselves past
limited thinking, our world opens up in a magnificent realization of
incredible interactions of differing realities and timelines and
synchronicities and a jigsaw falls into place. We reach a deep
understanding of a picture that presents absolute perfection as it
sweeps us beyond physical senses and reveals as billions of petals in a
universal flower of sacred geometry, stretching across an infinity of
what is and is not. Fully awakened, we find serenity in the core of
infinite brilliance.
Although this
will be unfamiliar territory for many, there is an ongoing situation for
the souls on Earth that needs to be understood and addressed by those
who can. And some of us can handle this for everyone.
We have
discovered that experiments have occurred in secret over a long period
of time on Earth to produce ‘hybrids.’ In this case, ‘hybrid’ refers to
the combination of a human with another species from a different
planetary system. One species are known as the ‘Greys.’ Their correct
name is Zeta Reticuli, beings with a grey hue to their skin, elongated
heads and who operate mentally similar to a hive of bees, with a key
controller. Other alien combinations may also be involved, perhaps from
a reptilian race. The mating of a human being with any ‘hive controlled’
species would compromise the free will ability of the human. Yes, we
know humans are controlled by governments and education systems, etc.
but they are able to break free of that type of control. The greys do
not break free at this time as it is simply an ongoing process for that
species.
The experiments
may have transitioned past the original mating of two races, which
initially would have produced a child with visible alien features. But,
as we see on Earth, the offspring of a mixed race marriage loses its
distinct difference in appearance with each generation. The same would
apply with a hybrid. In a hybrid experiment, when the original child
becomes an adult and has its own children, the resulting offspring may
look quite human, perhaps sufficiently human to pass undetected in human
society.
It is hard to
know the entire truth about this area, but it’s possible there may be a
lot of hybrids. Even though a hybrid is half human, there would also be
a strong force of hive mentality present.
There is also
another element in human society we need to mention. You may have heard
of Clones. A clone is a copy of a human which is created via artificial
intelligence (AI) and has no soul. Having no soul means it is classed as
a robot and is therefore a product that can ethically be dispensed with
when no longer needed. Clone is mentioned here to show the difference
between a clone and a hybrid.
So, it is quite
possible we have a situation on Earth where quite a number of people,
perhaps even a large number, are clones or hybrids. Earth’s vibration
continues to increase to higher frequencies of light and we know anyone
with a dense energy field (which would include hybrids) will at some
point find the light frequency too uncomfortable for them to remain on
Earth. That may take a while, but it will happen. Meanwhile, perhaps the
bulk of resistance we are experiencing in waking up humanity comes from
clones and hybrids following hive mentality instructions. As we assume
all alien species wish to survive, it is unlikely their programmes would
encourage free will or the survival of humanity. Waking up would not be
part of such a programme as a hybrid path would not incorporate personal
raising of vibration.
I am sure this
situation is being given careful consideration by the many light
councils from other planetary systems that are assisting Earth at this
time in her movement to a higher dimensional frequency. They will be
considering ethical ways to assist, while giving due care and attention
to souls of a combined species.
This brings us
to another difficult concept, but an important one to address so we
understand the process and what is needed. You may never have need of
this handling, but many will. Souls sometimes separate themselves into
fragments that eventually need to be merged back into the soul. This
takes place for many reasons but is a normal part of the learning and
growth for a soul. One example could be a lifetime where you died but
left a young family behind and were concerned about their welfare. You
chose to move on but left a part of yourself (a fragment) in that
location to check how they are doing. What usually ends up happening is
that souls moves on and just leave fragments of itself in other
locations. A fragmented soul may choose to incarnate and create its own
journey. The fragment is part of that original soul. So, it is us,
having a different experience with a different viewpoint in another
body. It is quite similar to what takes place in parallel worlds and
timelines, where we can be located in several place at once. The soul
can fragment itself at any time and it is easily done. Eventually, there
comes a time when the soul begins to gather its fragments together.
These may be scattered around the universe. This process is sometimes
called ‘soul retrieval’. The timing of merging back together is always
right for all parts of the soul. The act of fragmenting and then
retrieving parts of ourselves to merge again is natural. Generally we
are not aware when a fragment is merged, as it is done by our higher
self. But because we are becoming more of who we really are, we can feel
stronger and more complete. The only time we might notice is when many
fragments merge at once. That can take some days to adjust and during
that time we may feel things are being stripped away and we are being
laid bare.
Getting back to
hybrids. It could happen that a fragment of ourselves goes on to
incarnate. We therefore need to consider the possibility that an
incarnated soul fragment may be involved in hybrid experimentation. It
is especially possible if we consider a fragment may not be as strong as
the main soul and may be more vulnerable. This is not a major problem
because when a soul retrieves a fragment of itself, it only retrieves
the pure soul. So, even if a hybrid was created along the way, that
hybrid state will cease at the point of merge.
However, a soul fragment who is
now a hybrid, would need its hive mentality aspect to be fully cleared
before it can be merged with the main soul. Souls eventually do need
to merge with all its fragments. There seems to be a need to handle a
potential situation about soul merging. I expect this area has come to
my attention as I understand decrees and know a decree is the ideal way
to prevent problems for any soul merge in the future. A decree is
offered ahead that incorporates this assistance. As with any decree
done, a specific mathematical number of people are required to do it.
There is always a minimum number required that represents the numbers
the decree covers. Decrees in Divine order generally reach the target
number. This number is often less than we may expect, because many
lightworkers are able to speak for large numbers of their own soul
family.
We can use
spiritual tools to help us raise our light frequency to ascension. One
of those tools is the Right to Decree under Universal Law. Decrees are
prayers that help the soul navigate to lighter energy frequencies. They
are very powerful and only take a few minutes to say. Providing we are
in a light and peaceful space when we say a Decree, it only needs to be
said ONE TIME (but 3 times through).
HOW TO DO A
DECREE
A Decree is a
prayer (holy power of 3) that uses the mathematics of Universal Law. For
a Decree to work, we need to be still and peaceful. Say the Decree aloud
THREE
times, using the
SAME
words. No additions, such as cough or stumbling over words, as this
alters the mathematics. If you slip up, start again at first time
through. Don’t get impatient. After 3 times through, seal the Decree by
saying this line
ONCE ‘So
Be It. It Is Done.’ Read the decree through first to become familiar
with the words and to see if it resonates with you. If you lay a decree
out ‘line by line’, it can make it a lot easier to say without error.
In preparation
for the decree, say –
‘I
AM now fully aligned to the Highest Source of all Creation.’
(Say 3
times.)

‘By Divine
Decree, in the Source of all Creation, I ask the higher realms of Light
of the 8th dimension or above, to act now to resolve and restore to an
appropriate state of well being, any human soul subjected to any
detrimental influence, control or negative connection by any being of
alien species, that is not for their highest good.
I ask for this
to be undertaken and maintained on all levels and dimensions, in all
time frames, throughout the universe, until the full integration of
individual fragments of human souls with their soul group, where this be
in Divine Order.’
